The Website is operated by MYSO Finance, a not-for profit association involved in the development of the decentralized MYSO protocol ("we", "our", or "us"). Please note that the MYSO protocol runs independently on a decentralized blockchain and we do not have any control over any personal data that is processed by the MYSO protocol.
Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy or our General Terms & Conditions, the definitions used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in the EU GDPR.

The ordinary court at the seat of the Association has jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the Terms.
Class action and jury trial waiver: You must bring any and all disputes against us in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff in or member of any purported class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding. This provision applies to class arbitration. You and we both agree to waive the right to demand a trial by jury.
